A multiple entry visa allows a visitor to travel to Canada for Canada for six months at a time, without having to reapply each time. The multiple entry visa can be valid for up to 10 years or one month before your passport expires, whichever is shorter.
A Canada tourist visa is also known as Canada visitor visa or Canadian Temporary Resident Visa (TVR), that allows tourist to visit Canada for tourism and leisure purpose.
Applicants who apply for multiple-entry visas, will now be automatically considered for visas issued to the maximum validity allowed of 10 years, according to the length of their passport validity (so for 10 year passports; up to 10 years, minus 1 month).
